Scope of Work
Consultancy support for Renewable Energy projects & Energy Efficiency initiatives in fertilizer sector.
Activities include:
- Technical appraisal of renewable energy projects
- Advising on policy & regulatory aspects for RE integration in fertilizer manufacturing
- Identifying energy efficiency opportunities in fertilizer plants
- Preparing reports, feasibility studies, and monitoring frameworks
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of consultancy experience in renewable energy/energy efficiency
- Prior work with Government departments/PSUs preferred
Expert Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering/Energy/Environment
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Firm/Agency Requirements:
- Must be GeM-registered consultancy agency
- Should not be blacklisted/debarred by any Govt. agency
Key Tender Conditions
- Evaluation based on Quality-cum-Cost Based System (QCBS)
- Contract Period: 1 year (extendable on performance basis)
- Payment Terms: Monthly consultancy fee (linked to deliverables)
- Bid Security/EMD: Not applicable (as per GeM norms)
- Performance Guarantee: Required at time of award (standard GeM clause)
