2. Parties

- Respondents: State DISCOMs/utilities (UPPCL, BSPHCL, MP Power Management Co. Ltd., etc.).
- Appearance: Only BSPHCL appeared (in Petition 408/TT/2024).
3. Submissions
- PGCIL: Stated that all required information has been filed; pleadings complete; sought approval of tariff as claimed.
- Respondents: Mostly absent, except BSPHCL which participated in one petition.
