• Respondents: State DISCOMs/utilities (UPPCL, BSPHCL, MP Power Management Co. Ltd., etc.).
• Appearance: Only BSPHCL appeared (in Petition 408/TT/2024).

• PGCIL: Stated that all required information has been filed; pleadings complete; sought approval of tariff as claimed.
