  • Indian firms only; foreign firms not allowed.
  • Firms with foreign directors must obtain security clearance.

Technical PQC (For All Bidders)

  • MoU with a rated solar firm (1A–2C by CRISIL/CARE/etc.) or self-rated.
  • Proven experience in the last 7 years:
    • 1 project ≥400 KW, or
    • 2 projects ≥250 KW, or
    • 3 projects ≥200 KW.
  • Completion certificates and detailed work records required.

📌 Key Conditions

  • Tender Cost: ₹2,000 (via DD/Banker’s Cheque in favour of GE North Mamun).
  • EMD: ₹3,35,000 (Deposit-at-Call receipt only, FDR not accepted).
  • Bid Portal: Online submission via defproc.gov.in.
  • No Subletting: Only own staff/family members with PoA allowed.
  • Single Bid Rule: Related firms cannot bid separately.
