- Must meet enlistment criteria of Class ‘C’, Category ‘b(i)’ (experience, turnover, solvency, fixed assets, tools & plants, etc.)
- No adverse remarks, no suspension/blacklisting
- Must submit details of past works in MES
- Technical PQC: Not Applicable (NA)
Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
- For Unenlisted Contractors: ₹1,25,500 (in Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank; BGB not acceptable)
- For MES Enlisted Contractors: As per standing security bond; else must submit EMD
