In Short : In order to earn ₹5,200 crore through an IPO, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI. The financing consists of ₹3,700 crore from an offer-for-sale by current shareholders and ₹1,500 crore in new stock.
Participation of Shareholders and Financial Structure
A number of stakeholders, including Kuldeep Pratap Jain (₹321 crore), BGTF One Holdings (₹1,971 crore), KEMPINC LLP (₹226 crore), Augment India I Holdings (₹992 crore), and DSDG Holdings APS (₹190 crore), have made large share exits from the offer-for-sale. ₹1,125 crore of the new issue is designated for debt repayment, while the remaining amount is used for general business purposes. Additionally, the company may reduce the amount of the fresh issuance by up to ₹300 crore through a pre-IPO placement.

With an additional 5.07 GW in advanced or under-development stages, CleanMax has a strong operational and contractual capacity of 2.54 GW and 2.53 GW as of July 2025. The company’s FY25 financials were outstanding, showing a strong turnaround with revenue rising by nearly 13% to ₹1,610 crore and a net profit of ₹27.8 crore.

Data centers, cement, steel, FMCG, real estate, and global capability centers are just a few of the industries that CleanMax services with its expertise in commercial and industrial clean energy solutions, which include solar, wind, and hybrid projects. It supports global operations in places like the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and Bahrain and has inked more than 1,100 power-purchase agreements with 531 clients.
