2. Scope of Work
The project involves civil construction and infrastructure development at Sakholi village, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
Work includes:

- Associated civil engineering and allied development activities

3. Eligibility / Prequalification Criteria
Registration: Valid contractor registration with Government, Semi-Government, or PSU authorities in the appropriate class/category.
Financial Requirements:
- Average annual turnover during the last 3 years should be at least ₹5,64,711/-
- Solvency certificate of minimum 40% of estimated cost
Technical Requirements:
- Experience in successfully completing similar civil and infrastructure projects in the last 7 years:
- 3 works each costing not less than 40% of estimated cost, or
- 2 works each costing not less than 50% of estimated cost, or
- 1 work costing not less than 80% of estimated cost
- The bidder must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government or PSU

5. Evaluation & Award
Bidding will be conducted under a two-part system:
- Part I – Techno-commercial bid evaluation
- Part II – Financial bid opening of technically qualified bidders
The contract will be awarded to the L1 bidder (lowest evaluated price) among technically qualified participants.
