2. Proceedings
- PGCIL submitted that all information sought earlier (via Technical Validation letter dated 09.05.2025 and RoP dated 20.06.2025) had already been filed through affidavits dated 26.05.2025 and 14.07.2025.
- Respondent BSPTCL did not file a reply and was absent during the hearing.
- PGCIL requested that the order be reserved.
3. Commission’s Directions
PGCIL to file, on affidavit, within two weeks:
- Justification for delay between SCOD and COD of assets
- Form-9C (Excel) for transmission assets
- Liability Flow Statement (Excel) with reconciliation
