- In the earlier hearing on 29 May 2025, PGCIL was permitted to submit an amended petition.
- PGCIL has now filed the amended petition seeking approval of revised claims.
- BSPHCL appeared through counsel, while PGCIL was represented by its officials.
Commission’s Directions
The Commission directed PGCIL to file, within two weeks, the following via affidavit:
- Revised Auditor’s Certificate including details of notional IDC.
- Liability Flow Statement of transmission assets.
- Information on Liquidated Damages (LD) recovered and corresponding adjustments.
- Confirmation on whether all assets under the scheme are completed and included in this petition.
- Respondents must file replies within two weeks, with advance copies to PGCIL.
- PGCIL may submit a rejoinder within one week thereafter.
Current Status
The petition has been reserved for order, subject to PGCIL’s affidavit and respondent submissions. The Commission will issue the final tariff order for 2019–24 after compliance, covering the SCADA and OPGW network upgrades in the Eastern Region.
