Scope of Work

Developers will:

  • Invest, own, and operate systems under the RESCO model, supplying electricity through long-term PPAs at tariffs discovered via competitive bidding.

Regulatory & Financial Framework

  • Tender aligned with MNRE guidelines (July 2024) for solarization of govt. buildings.
  • No CFA subsidy for State Govt. buildings; developers may leverage tax incentives, accelerated depreciation, and customs/excise concessions.
  • Selection criteria: lowest tariff bid.
