Scope of Work
Developers will:

- Invest, own, and operate systems under the RESCO model, supplying electricity through long-term PPAs at tariffs discovered via competitive bidding.
Regulatory & Financial Framework
- Tender aligned with MNRE guidelines (July 2024) for solarization of govt. buildings.
- No CFA subsidy for State Govt. buildings; developers may leverage tax incentives, accelerated depreciation, and customs/excise concessions.
- Selection criteria: lowest tariff bid.
