    • One Graduate Engineer OR Diploma Engineer (2+ yrs exp.).
    • Immovable/movable reserves ≥ ₹8 lakh (80% immovable).
  • Compliance:
    • Valid Police Verification, EPF code, GST registration.

Common Rules:

  • No subletting except to spouse/children/own employees.
  • Valid electrical license with supervisor competency & tradesman permits mandatory.
